You're in the mount position. You lock in your opponents arm by reaching underneath his arm.

You move your knee up and apply pressure on his neck by pushing on it. Pulling you're opponent to his side

You the quickly sweep your other leg over his head, quickly re-applying the pressure on his head.

You now lock in his arm by grabbing your other hand. You then sit back.

You the lever his arm upward.

You can now setup his arm for a lock by grabbing hold of your own shoulders, establishin good control of his arm.

You can now submit your opponent with a basic armlock. You grab your oppenents wrist with your right hand, and grab your own wrist with you're left. By moving you're opponents hand towards his head you can make the lock
