A little about me ... Iʼve been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I studied yoga extensively in the UK, and in India at the Krishnamacharya Mandiram in Chennai. Besides teaching yoga, I also hold a MMedSci in ʻSport and Exercise Scienceʼ and used to lecture on undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. I embrace yoga as a path towards cultivating human potential, and it is my vision to share the teachings of yoga as a means for personal development, to fully evolve into self. I write and deliver workshops and training programmes the world over.
