, 2010 Introduction In order to achieve the educational goals set by the Division of City Schools of Manila, Moises Salvador Elementary School together with a pool of competent teachers and supportive parents has committed itself to the mission of equipping every learner with competencies and life long skills; making each one model of virtues, attitudes and values that each may live productively in a caring and nurturing environment.
