ABSTRACT

The finance service is critical in the construction of e-government system. It needs to be established based on the CA security certificate, and it implements connections and system-platform independent data exchange with financial groups or agencies. This paper gives the multi-tier architecture of the finance service platform and functions, and its security design on the basis of credible Web services.
