Pork, Herb and Honey Skewers

500g pork fillet 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 teaspoon cumin, finely chopped 2teaspoon coriander, finely chopped ¼ teaspoon paprika ½ cup Orange Juice 1½ Tablespoon honey 2 Tablespoon mustard 1½ Tablespoon tomato sauce 4 cups basmati rice, cooked

Step 1 Slice pork into cubes. Combine garlic, cumin, paprika and coriander in a bag, add pork and shake. Feed herbed pork pieced ont o a skewer and cook on a hot grill or BBQ for 5 mins, turning once. Step 2 Place orange juice, honey, mustard and tomato sauce in a pan and simmer for 5 mins. Coat pork skewers. Step 3 Serve with rice.
