Inability to recognize the presence of the problem due to lack of knowledge. Inability to make decision with respect to taking appropriate health action due to inaccessibility of appropriate resources of care, specifically: Physical Inaccessibility.
After nursing intervention, the family will be able to have their daily routine exercises after 1 week.
After the nursing intervention the family will: a. be able to know the importance of physical activity. b. be able to know the consequences of inadequate physical activity. c. be able to perform physical activity and carry it out daily.
a.1 Discuss the importance and benefits of daily physical activity. a.2 Give Health teachings about daily physical activity on how it affects the health status of an individual. b. Discuss the consequences if there would be an inadequate physical activity. c. Teach the family some basic exercise movements that they can carry out daily.

Material Resources: 1. PHN bag 2. Initial Data Base Form 3. Ball pen 4. Pencil with Eraser 5. Yellow Paper 6. Umbrella The presence and active participation of the nurse especially the family members.
The family already had knowledge about the importance and benefits of daily physical activity. They also knew about the consequences if there would be an inadequate physical activities. Also, the family had learn some of the basic exercises movements that they now carry out daily as part of their physical activities. The evaluation shows that the nursing interventions that had been carried out to the family are effective.
