Work in progress includes our recent appointment on the £850m Paradise Street Development, Liverpool, and the Shires West development for Hammerson and Durbain Town Centre, Ireland for Lafferty Project Management, Mall of Emirates (Dubai), Westfield San Francisco Centre, Mirdiff for MAFSM, Colosseum, Bucharest for Modus, Mall of India, DLF, Greenstone Shopping Centre, Johannesburg, for Sasol Pension Fund. All members of our team are highly experienced in managing the associated construction issues with the town centre development. The project comprises the redevelopment of the existing Sainsburys Superstore. the car park over the superstore and extending the existing Hines Meadow car park by constructing an additional floor. office and Tyrell’s car park. handover and tenants fit out stages. decanting. 1031 m2 of ancillary accommodation and a new piazza .
