As a leading engineering consultancy in the retail sector, our expertise covers the full cycle of retail projects, from planning support through design to completion and handover. We have built a strong relationship with many leading retail architects, adding value, and learning many lessons from working in partnership to deliver landmark retail centres such as Bullring (Birmingham), West Quay (Southampton). Work in progress includes our recent appointment on the £850m Paradise Street Development, Liverpool, and the Shires West development for Hammerson and Durbain Town Centre, Ireland for Lafferty Project Management, Mall of Emirates (Dubai), Westfield San Francisco Centre, Mirdiff for MAFSM, Colosseum, Bucharest for Modus, Mall of India, DLF, Greenstone Shopping Centre, Johannesburg, for Sasol Pension Fund. Creativity and innovation are seldom put to the test more than when engineering building services and structures. To augment our core team, we can call on a number of specialist skills, such as environmental, sustainability, fire, vertical transportation, communications, and lighting specialists. This niche input allows us to deliver integrated, modern buildings, which provide an efficient match between occupants, space, energy and conservation and pollution control. Our approach to all of our commissions has the same underlying philosophy – to work closely with the client, and other team members, to develop the most creative engineering solution of the highest quality; on time, and within the specified economic framework. We believe this approach, which resides at the core of our corporate values, enables us to deliver the first class service that our clients will demand.
