ORDER DIRECTING (A) LAWRENCE J. BUCKLEY AND (B) OFFICER WITH AUTHORIZATION FROM (I) HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AND (II) LITTON LOAN SERVICING LP TO APPEAR On October 14, 2010, counsel for the Debtors filed an objection to the claim filed by HSBC Bank, USA, National Association (“HSBC”), which claim was signed by Lawrence J. Buckley (“Buckley”) and has been entered in the Debtors’ claims register as claim number 4. On November 4, 2010, this Court entered an order granting the request for Loss Mitigation filed by the Debtors. A status conference was held before the Court on January 13, 2011. Based upon the issues raised during the status conference with respect to the Debtors’ progress in Loss Mitigation and the alleged failure of HSBC and Litton Loan Servicing LP (“Litton”) to respond to the Debtors and provide adequate documentation regarding the loan at issue, it is hereby ORDERED, that, unless counsel for HSBC, Litton, and the Debtors stipulate prior to February 10, 2011 that all documentation issues have been resolved, the following parties are directed to appear and show cause before the undersigned on February 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.: (a) a bank officer of (i) HSBC and (ii) Litton, each with authorization, and (b) Buckley; and it is further ORDERED, that counsel for the Debtors is directed to serve on HSBC, Litton, Buckley, and each party’s counsel by first class mail a copy of this Order within three business days of the entry of this Order.
