Mario holds a degree in Arts from the University College of Arts in Jaipur and an MBA from the Xavier Institute, Jamshedpur (affiliated with Loyola University, USA).

According to my research, PSS communicates with the external stake holders by the means of PowerPoint presentation and websites to some extent CONSULTANTS COMMUNICATION All the consultants communicate in the organization by the way of e-mails, telephone,fax, brochures and events. HR DEPARTMENT OF EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION The hr department attracts the candidates of top management level like the Ceos and professionals in finance, MBA in hr, banking sectors, chartered accountants etc by offering them a good quality post with substantial growth, high returns on it and lucrative opportunities with it. They offer them by sending a mail OR by detailed search in their reply or otherwise.

The information is given through conference meetings conducted within the organization and also gaves them a brief detail about the targets to be met and also gaves them a particular deadline Then all the recruiters and consultants do detail study of their candidates and interviews them thoroughly to therefore place them in other corporates looking for highly qualified professionals in top management, middle managements who have about 2 or 3 years of experience.
