Make a JCross Activity
1. Open the Hotpotato app and choose ‘Jcross.’ JCross is used to make
crossword exercises.
2. First, click on ‘Manage’ and then click ‘Create Grid from List of Words...’
3. Enter the words below into the prompt box.
4. Next , click the ‘Show Clues Window’ and add the clues (definitions).
5. Click on ‘Insert Image’, and find the banner.jpg file on your desktop.
6. To finish, click on ‘Make a Standard Exercise’ icon. Be sure that the file
is ‘heroes.html and save it to your desktop.
7. When prompted, click on ‘View in Browser.’ If there are any problems,
go back to .jcw file and make necessary corrections/modifications.
