    Option 1: March 7th-23rd /Monday – Friday/ 6:30p-8:45p
    Option 2: March 12th – 26th / Saturday – Sunday/ 9:00a-5:00p

    Additional Info:
    Certification comes with: Lifeguarding and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer, Blood Borne
    Pathogens Training, and CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer.
    All participants must be able to swim 300 yards continuously (100 front crawl, 100 Breaststroke,
    100 choice of the two).
    All participants must be able to do a 20 yard swim, surface dive 7-10 feet, retrieve a 10lb object,
    and exit within 1 minute and 40 secs.
