Band/Choir Members and their Parents, Welcome to a new school year. Please read the following carefully with your student as this will be important information on his/her concert attire for the upcoming year. A representative from the tuxedo rental company and a STAGG Booster parent will be at STAGG during band rehearsal on Tues, August 25th (Wind Symphony, Percussion and Concert Band) and Thurs, August 27th (Symphonic Band) to measure the students for their concert attire. Madrigal singers can come in during Common Plan the morning of Tues, August 25th. Boy’s jackets and pants are rented at $10 each. Girl’s skirts can be rented at $10 or purchased at $45. Shirts, cummerbunds and bow ties are only purchased. It is important for us to know at this time if you will need a tux shirt, cummerbund and bow tie as we only place one order. If you are unable to be measured on either of those days, you will need to go directly to Black Tie Formalwear, 9186 W. 159th Street, Orland Park, IL (708) 349-9580 to be measured and place the order. Wind Symphony girl’s dresses, Percussion, Concert & Symphonic Band skirts & cummerbunds, and the Madrigal girl’s dresses are ordered through other companies. Please contact me directly if you miss being measured. We need to place our orders by the end of next week to ensure timely delivery for the concerts. Please note: Because the dresses for the Madrigal girls are made to order I need to have their orders to me no later than Monday morning, August 31, with payment. Please remember that all checks must be made payable to A>A> STAGG High School.
