Panel three (largest panel): Establishing shot of what appears to be a prison in a jungle clearing.
caption: somewhere in the Mediterranean.
Panel one (largest panel): The Mongoloid sits quietly on a metal slab that serves as his bed in the shadows of his dingy cell. His face is in darkness, but we get the sense that he is deformed in some way. He stares at the wall in front of him.
caption: liThe Mongoloid" ... Thirteen time undefeated champion of liThe Slaughter".
Panel two: An axe hangs on the wall in front of the Mongoloid. This is what he is staring at. Hanging next to the ax is a mask made from a pig's face.

Panel three: The doorway leads to a large circular room. We see only a basic indication of this room not the full scope of it. This will be "The Arena".
Notes about "The Arena". It is a circular room with smooth walls and a high ceiling, also smooth. There are two doorways opposite from one another. There are cameras mounted all along the walls near the ceiling. There are also four large automated chain guns mounted strategically along the walls.
Panel one: Bumbaclot stands at one end of "The Arena" with a machete in each hand. The doorway directly behind him is barred.
caption: "Bumbaclot". Recent addition to "The Menagerie". This is his second time at "The Slaughter", and his first time facing "The Mongoloid". In his combat debut Bumbaclot faced off against and soundly defeated fan favorite "Skinflint" .
Panel two: The Mongoloid enters.
Panel three: Bars slide down blocking the doorway from which The Mongoloid has just entered.
Panel one and two: The two monstrosities size each other up, circling one another in the ring.
Panel three: The Mongoloid raises his ax BELLOWING OUT unintelligibly. A warcry.

Caption one: Las Vegas, Nevada
Caption two: Former Vice-President Burton Reed. The big winner. The luckiest son of a bitch on the planet. Has been a regular subscriber to liThe Slaughter" since the beginning.
Panel five and six: Weston Combs sits at a desk in his home office watching Mongoloid on a massive computer screen. He sits back slumped in a leather chair. His right arm hangs limply across its arm rest the left elbow on its armrest, his head is propped up by his left index and middle finger pressed against his temple and his thumb resting just under his chin. The look on his face is grave indeed.
Caption one: Malibu, California
Caption two: And finally ... me. Weston Combs. President and CEO of Brainscan Technologies, the fastest growing software company in North America. Weston Combs. Degenerate gambler. Weston Combs. The man who just lost seventy million dollars on a single bet.
WESTON Well. .. fuck.
Panel one: Close-up of the bare feet of a girl in her late teens as she runs frantically through the Georgia woods.
caption: Folkston, Georgia.

Panel three: Heather runs for her life, trying desperately not to trip on the obstacles that cover the ground beneath her feet. She wears only a bra, panties and an open bath robe.
Panel four: The robe gets caught on a branch almost jerking Heather off her feat.
Panel one: The Dead Soldier tramples through the same woods in pursuit of Heather, combat knife in hand. The Soldier has already suffered some damage ... if this were Soldier's own slasher film we would be in the last five minutes and Heather is his "survivor girl".

SPLATTER ISSUE 2
Script by Jason Becker
Panel one: Weston Combs sits in his office looking nauseous. Stress and lack of sleep are taking their toll on his physical appearance. He holds in his hands a golden ticket.
CAPTION: Malibu, California.
His office is rather lavish with a massive LCD flat-screen on the wall opposite his desk. There is also a leather couch against one wall and two swivel chairs in front of Combs' desk.
Panel two (largest panel): close- up of the Golden Ticket which bears a striking resemblance to Willy Wonka's fabled Golden Ticket.
CAPTION: Three days ago.
The ticket reads:
Virgin's Golden Ticket
Greeting to you the lucky finder of this GOLDEN TICKET from Mr. Dick Virgin.
Present this Ticket at the ARENA gates at exactly midnight on the thirty first day of october and don't be LATE. You may bring with you ONE monster ... and only one ... but no one else. (Excepting of course your help staff but they don't really count as people ... do they?)
In your wildest dreams you cannot imagine the marvelous SURPRISES that await YOU!
Panel three: Repeat of panel one with a closer angle on Weston Combs' worried expression.
Panel four: Combs' secretary pokes her head into the office.
Secretary: Mr. Combs ... Mr. Cushing and Mr. Lee are here to see you.
Panel five: Combs looks up from the ticket startled. His eyes are wide with worry.
Excellent. Send them in, please.
Panel one: Two slashers: Mullygrub and the Shop Teacher do battle in The Arena. Panel one is a close-up of the locked in struggle with The Shop Teacher trying to plunge a large drill bit in Mully's face.
Panel two: The bit slowly plunges into Mully's eye.
Panel three: We pull back a bit to reveal this scene taking place on a LCD flat-screen.
Panel four: We pull back further to reveal the screen is on the wall of Weston Comb's office.
Panel one: The battle pauses. The pause symbol appearing in the corner of the screen.
Panel two: Cushing and Lee sit in the swivel chairs in Weston's office turned so they can view the screen. Combs sits on the edge of his desk with the DVD remote in his hand.
Panel three: Cushing cocks his head to one side with a slightly confused look on his face.
So ... wait. We're meant to believe this shite we're looking at is real.
Panel four: Combs smiles with a false confidence.
Oh, yes. Yes. Indeed you are. And I think the ten million dollars I'm offering should be more than enough to convince you of the authenticity of what you have been shown.
Panel five: Cushing looks to his partner Lee.
Panel six: Lee shrugs.
Panel one: Cushing holds his hands out in disbelief, shaking his head.
I think you're going to have to run through all this again.
Panel two: Combs hands a file to Cushing.
COMBS Its simple enough.
Its totally fucking mad is what it is. Please. Humor me.
Panel three: The open file as Cushing looks over the contents. Specifically a photo of Dick Virgin looking dashing and English with some celebrities at a party.
Dick Virgin ... Rebel Billionaire. Idle rich. Money to burn.
Panel four: Picture of a tropical island.
An island in the Mediterranean.
Panel five: Picture of the prison.
A prison housing a veritable menagerie of nightmares and undead killing machines previously thought to exist only in urban legends and campfire stories.
Panel six: shot of the flat-screen. Mully and The Shop Teacher frozen in battle.
Monsters forced into gladiatorial combat for the entertainment of an elite cabal of the super wealthy.
Panel one: Combs sits on the edge of his desk holding his Golden Ticket ... lost in his own story, almost ignoring Cushing and Lee.
A elite cabal of which I am a part. As a part of this cabal I have been invited for the first time to capture an abomination of MY OWN and bring it to the island ... to personally participate in this tournament of terror ... for a change to double or even triple my already sizeable fortune.
Panel two: Cushing and Lee roll their eyes as they sit patiently listening to Weston's ramblings.
And so you're going to pay us ten million dollars American ... EACH to catch one of these booger men so you can ... what? Make em' fight and gamble on it.
Panel three: Combs looks up from his ticket induced daze.
Specifically ... I want you to capture a creature commonly referred to as The Dead Soldier.
Panel four: Cushing scoffs.
Wouldn't it be a fuck of a lot easier to just hit Monte Carlo for a bit of cards?
Panel one: Establishing shot of the hospital.
Caption: Folkston, Georgia.
Panel two: (three smaller insert panels) Three shotgun shells are loaded into an Ithaca lO-Gauge Roadblocker.
Panel three: The Dead Soldier, dead (seemingly) on the hospital room floor. The wall behind him has caved in from the impact of him smashing into it at the climax of chapter one.
Panel four: Price calls over his shoulder, his eyes and his shotgun trained on Dead Soldier.
Okay, girl. You need to come out now ... time to move your ass.
Panel five: Heather peeks her head out of the bathroom.
Panel one: Price backs out of the room, still keeping his shotgun on Dead Soldier. He is shoving an hysterical Heather out of the room.
Panel two: Dead Soldier's massive chest wound begins to close ... his muscles lashing together like tentacles. Very gross. Very creepy.
Panel three: Close-up of Price's uOh, fuck" , expression as he sees this happening.
Heather ... you really need to start running.
Panel four: Price in the hallway, still walking backwards. Gun still on the door. Heather hauling ass in the background.
Panel five: shot of the hospital room door building tension.
Panel one: Dead Soldier bursts through the wall next to the door!
Panel two: Price doesn't have time to adjust his aim ... Dead Soldier tackles him, grabbing the barrel of the shotgun as it goes off.
Panel three: Dead Soldier and Price crash into the opposite wall.
Panel four: Dead Soldier and Price bursting through the wall into another hospital room.
Panel one: A nurse and an elderly female patient are taken by surprise by these two titans smashing through the wall like the fucking Kool-Aid Man. The nurse is screaming his head off. The old woman just stands in his hospital gown holding onto his IV stand for support.
Panel two: Price ducks as Dead Soldier slashes at him with a nasty cutting tool from the morgue.
Panel three: The blade misses Price, cutting the screaming nurse in the right soldier almost separating her head, neck, and left arm from the rest of her body.
Panel four: Price and Soldier tumble toward the window, with the old woman getting tangled up with them.
Panel one: The three of them (Price, Soldier, old Woman) crash through the window.
Panel two (largest panel): The three of them tumbling through the air. Price firing a shot into the Soldier.
Panel three: The glass roof of a hospital atrium below them.
PAGE ELEVEN (Splash page)
Price, Dead Soldier and the old woman smashing through the glass ceiling of the atrium. The atrium is done up with a waterfall, a pool, landscaping and a weird pop art type of sculpture that comes to a jagged point.
Panel one: Establishing shot of a private jet.
caption: Somewhere over the Midwest.
Panel two: A surveillance photo of Dead Soldier on a plasma TV screen mounted from the ceiling. Dead Soldier sits in a small town jail cell.
caption: six hours ago.
All right, ya bleeding cunts. Here he is. The mother fucking booger man. Large as life and ten thousand fucking times as fuck ugly. He is your standard issue military experiment gone wrong.
Panel two: (largest panel) shot of Price's team of Mercenaries. Four guys all based on washed up action stars. Casey (Based on Steven Seagal), Braddock (based on chuck Norris), Anubis (based on Wesley Snipes), and Pierre (based on Jean Claude Van Damme). They smirk, smile and or outright guffaw at this statement. Lee sits quietly in the back polishing his sword.
Panel three: Cushing stands beside the screen with a remote in his hand looking pissed.
Go ahead and laugh you fucking puffs. You won't be laughing when you're staring this Monday through Friday monkey feather in the face.
Panel four: Another surveillance photo of Dead Soldier. This time he is killing some police officers in a police station.
Forget what your mommies told you when they were tucking you in at night. Monsters are real. Real and ready to murder fuck the shit right out of your face.
Panel five: Another shot of Dead Soldier turning human being into loose meat sandwiches.
This thing has been popping up on military bases around the united States and killing the families of KIAs and MIAs.
The first four panels are meant to establish each of the mercs as they react to the photos Cushing is cycling through on the television off panel. These are hero shot of these guys just sort of sitting in their seats looking like badasses that could each carry their own action adventure series.
Panel one: Casey.
Caption: Nico Casey: Master of Aikido, former CIA operative and expert in counter terrorism.
We are meant to find this thing ...
Panel two: Braddock.
Caption: J.J. Braddock: Tracker ... Three time world karate champion, ex-special forces. One one hundred sixteenth Cherokee.
We are meant to capture it. Alive.
Panel three: Pierre.
Caption: Pierre Phillippe LeBlanc Boudreaux: Ex member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Expert in Savate, linguistics and demolition.
Our employer wants us to bring this thing in alive.
Panel four: Anubis.
Anubis X: He's from the streets. He thinks you are a craker ass bitch, you cracker ass bitch.
And how we supposed to find this mother fucker?
Panel five: Cushing standing beside the TV. There is now a surveillance photo of Matheson Price on the screen.
This man. Matheson Price. The Dead Soldier murdered Price's wife and two children eight years ago.
Panel six: Close in on the photo of Price.
Price has been tracking the bastard ever since. We find Price. We find our target.
Panel one: We see medics from Price's POV. He is just coming out of unconsciousness and they are hovering over him, attending to his injuries. They are still in the atrium, beside the little pond. Broken glass is everywhere.
Panel two: Price is now fully awake struggling to get up. The medics try to force him back down onto a stretcher. Price is frantic.
Where is he? Where the fuck is he?
Panel three: The old woman is impaled on the pop art statue. The atrium is filling up with uniformed police officers and hospital personnel.
We have to move! Where is my gun? I need a god damned gun!
Sir, you need to calm down! You need to calm down and tell us what happened.
Panel four: Price shoves one of the medics aside.
I NEED MY FUCKING GUN.
Panel five: The police are ready with their taser guns drawn and aimed at Price.
SIR, I NEED YOU TO CALM DOWN AND PUT YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HEAD! NOW!
Panel one: Price still trying to get up. The cops are getting nervous.
please officer, you don't understand ...
Panel two: One of the officers fires his taser.
I SAID HANDS ON YOUR FUCKING HEAD!
Panel three: Price is hit in the neck with the taser.
Panel four: (largest panel): The Dead Soldier rises up from the pond behind the police officers. Some of the hospital personnel notice ... but the cops are all focused on Price.
Panel one: Price sees Dead Soldier but can't warn the police. He has 10,000 volts running through his body.
Panel two: Dead Soldier grabs on of the police by the back of the head.
Panel three: The other police turn to see their fellow officer being jerked into the air screaming.
Panel four: Dead Soldier rips the officer's head off.
Panel five: Tossing the dead cop's body aside, Dead Soldier leaps at the other police ready to rip them all limb from limb.
Panel one: (largest panel) Soldier ripping into the cops, killing them with his bare hands as the feebly try and shoot him with their pitiful sidearms.
Panel two: Price yanks the taser line from his neck.
Panel three: shot of the Roadblocker in the dirt.
Panel four: Price sees the Roadblocker.
Panel five: Dead soldier ripping a cop's leg off.
Panel six: Price grabbing his Roadblocker.
Price stands, aiming the Roadblocker at Dead Soldier only to have the Soldier bitch slap him with a human leg. Price is sent flying backward through the glass of the atrium.
Price hits a wall and slides down.
The Soldier lumbers toward him, leg still in hand.
Cushing and his team stroll down the hospital corridor amidst chaos, in full tactical gear, looking like a bunch of bad ass mercenaries ready for hell. You can basically give them whatever gear/ weapons you want as long as at least one of the team is carrying an AR-15 with grenade launcher attachment.
The team sees Price running down the hall toward them.
Behind him is the Dead Soldier with a fire ax in one hand and the cop's leg in the other.
Dead Soldier throws the ax. It spins through the air towards Price's back.
Price looks back and turns sideways just in time to side step the ax and watch it fly past him.
The ax hits Pierre in the chest, knocking him backward through the air and splitting up the team of mercs.
Price watches this with his back against the wall. We get a stunned reaction shot from the mercenaries at the death of their teammate as well as Price's reaction to the sudden appearance of a team of heavily armed mercenaries.
Page TWENTY-ONE THROUGH TWENTY-FIVE
The mercenaries turn their attention back to Dead Soldier and give him everything they have.
what ensues is a battle royal between this team of ultimate badasses and the Dead Soldier. All manner of fire-arm is discharged and every form of martial arm and bladed weapon is employed to try and bring down the dead soldier.
The end result is Cushing's team being brutally murdered except of course for Cushing and Lee. Cushing is pinned under the bodies of his men during the battle.
Price waits on the sidelines during the battle to see how these men fair against the Soldier.
Lee manages to hack both of Dead Soldiers legs off at the knee with a sword just as Dead Soldier backhands Lee into a wall knocking him unconscious.
Cushing struggles to crawl out from under the pile of gore that was his team while Dead Soldier crawls toward Lee Terminator style to finish him off.
Price picks up the AR-15 off the ground and walks up behind Soldier and blasts him with the grenade launcher at point blank range.
Come back from this, mother fucker!
An explosion of gore.
Price lumbers to his feet having been knocked back by the force of Dead Soldier exploding. The hospital corridor is drenched in Evil Dead 2 levels of blood and guts.
Price helps Cushing out from under the pile of death.
Cushing looks around at the mess.
Lee lays on the ground stunned, covered in gore, trying to get up and slipping around in the gunk.
Cushing looks at Price.
Looked like you could use a hand.
You exploded him. You completely fucking exploded the bloody bastard to tiny little bits of cunt.
PRICE I supposed I did.
Cushing is pissed. He draws a stun gun without Price seeing.
You just cost me ten million dollars, you poncey git!
Cushing hits Price with the stun gun and zaps him until he falls to the floor.
Cushing stands over Price's unconscious body.
Now what am I going to do?
