To Whom It May Concern:

RE: Broderick Steve Harvey Matter

Dear Madam/ Sir:

Please be advised that we represented our client, Mr. Broderick Steve Harvey, in the hearing held on February 7, 2011 in Mckinney, Texas, regarding his ex-wife, Mary Harvey, recent release of three YouTube videos and other materials over the worldwide web, on television, radio and other mediums. The Y ouTube videos contained false, misleading, disparaging and malicious information about Mr. Harvey and his family. The Court granted Mr. Steve Harvey's request for a temporary injunction and other appropriate relief. A hearing on his contempt of court against Mary Harvey will be held Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. During the contempt hearing, the court will listen to the evidence of the parties and determine if there is a violation(s) of the orders and impose the appropriate sanctions and punishment.

Further, Judge Dry authorized Mr. Harvey to provide limited disclosure of information to refute the false, disparaging and malicious statements published by Mary Harvey. The gag order and permanent injunction in the matter remain in full force and effect. The file remains under seal. A copy of the Order dated February 7, 2011, reflecting the findings of the court is attached hereto.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation in this matter.
