Since the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) and United States Secretary of the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Janet Napolitano has access to USSC 99-565 & supplement
which provides proof and evidence of the Postal Holocaust which continues to be ignored. Ignorance
and negligence which is now responsible for the American Holocaust. One must ask the above

President Bill Clinton passed Executive Order 12871 and the New Death Penalty Bill; the bill was
suppose to give the Government Terrorist imaged protection as a result of section 3; no judical or
administrative review. No Judical or Administrative review from Executive Order 12871 which made
the National Goal reduce government and government spending using collusion for personal gain
(RICO).

Recognizing that there are six members of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) that are
Catholics. The Vice- President of the United States Joe Biden is Catholic. The fact that numerous
decisionmakers hired in President Barak Obama administration are Catholic.

If justice is administed fairly many of the needy would not have to depend on charities from the
devilish greedy.

Coercion and Collusion between the weatlhy and members of government is Terrorism. When a
government official refuses to acknowledge violations of law intentionally, this is a treasonous act
against “we the people” of the United States. Under the laws of the United States Constitution treason
is punishable by death or a life in jail. In the American Holocaust the masses will prove their
patroitism for surely this is a Just War; a Justice for All War.

"...legitimate defense can be not only a right but a grave duty for someone responsible for another's life,
the common good of the family or of the State. Unfortunately, it happens that the need to render the
aggressor incapable of causing harm sometimes involves taking his life. In this case, the fatal outcome
is attributable to the aggressor whose actions brought it about, even though he may not be morally
responsible because of a lack of the use of reason."

The Catholics who rebuke the right to self-defense are rebuking the Pope himself.
