HOW DOES US GOVERNMENT / MILITARY HANDLE CASES OF RAPE ETC.?

How does the United States government / military handle cases of rape etc.? Having first filed formal
complaints to the US Surgeon General Joceyln Elders in the Clinton Administration about workplace
violence; only to have a series of rhetorical summits held as the death toll increased. But first for those

The government / military officials are well versed in premediated and orchestrated reprisal, coercion /
collusion / terrorism and murder.
The treatment received by Bradley Manning and Major Nidal Malik Hassan is exactly the same
standard operatiing procedure (SOP)as the raped / sexually assaulted victims. It was as if the women
yelled Allahu Akbar! In many case those accused are allowed to investigate the victims complaint. Its
always a grave conflict of interest. Government tactics is to use abuse of power, obstruction of justice
and to blame the victim. Instead of treatment you get fired, discharged, or sent to the front line. It can
only be described as terminal injustice (suicides and executions). These are human beings whether
military or public servants who are defending or working for us the people of the United States of
America. Only to have the United States of American wage war against them for rights they swore to
in an oath to uphold under the laws of the United States Constitution. When those entrusted with the
enforcement of our rights refuse to do so the result is terrorism; entire American families destroyed.
These American Holocaust Perpetrators have and continue to do this with immunity and no redress. So
