Attached please find your Final Performance Evaluation, which We discussed on yesterday. I have reviewed the evaluation and modified some entries based on information I acquired after our meeting, and thus I am providing you this memo .

This Final Evaluation is to be considered in addition to, and subsequent to, the Interim Performance Evaluation submitted October 2009. This Final Evaluation is for the period September 2009 through January 2010. The grading system is as follows:
