1. Citilink Ticket is non-refundable, non-re-routable, and non-endorsable.
2. Change schedule and name change a fee is assessable.

Baggage:
1. One standard piece of hand Baggage to a maximum weight of 5kgs and or dimensions 50x36x15cm.
2. The fee for Checked Baggage is assessable per kg.

Check-in:
1. Check-in desks will open 2(two) hours and close 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
2. Passengers who present themselves later than 30 minutes prior to scheduled time of departure will not be accepted for
