Photoshop is not intuitive when it comes to finding the monitor profile that
it uses.

Select Edit->Color Settings and use the RGB drop down list to select
working spaces and scroll (usually up) until you find the entry "Monitor
RGB" (the Figure shows Sony_LCD_Std_D65). This entry indicates the
monitor profile used by Photoshop. Close "Color Settings" dialog box by
clicking on the “Cancel” button to avoid changing your working space

Note: We ignore the settings for CMYK and Gray here as we only cover the
RGB color setup in our workflow
