EMPLOYEES´ At ARVINDMILLS Pvt Ltd´ Electronic city Bangalore. OBJECTIVES 

To find the existing motivation level of the employees. To study the effects of motivation on productivity and performance of the company. To motivate employees at the highest level to give their best performances. SOURCE OF DATA : Primary data , Secondary data RESEARCH INSTRUMENT : Questionnaire SAMPLING SIZE: 50 employees

FINDINGS 

It is found that 32% of the employees agree that they feel proud to work in the organization. It is inferred 52% of the employees feel that motivation is an important factor for encouragement. 68% of the employees feel that motivational factor leads them to work efficiently. It is observed that 28% of the employees are motivated through their peer groups. Employees are motivated through incentives, bonus, hospitality and canteen facilities

SUGGESTIONS 

The employees

can be made to understand through feedback,

about how they are performing in achieving specific goals. 
Grievance handlings systems

for employees should be further

improved to motivate employees. 
It suggested that

employees may be deputed for training to

reputed institutes to increase their efficiency.
