Citizens for Community Development will be hosting a Candidate Forum for the 3rd &

4th Aldermanic Districts to educate voters on the upcoming city election. The public is
welcome to attend and local media will also be invited. Residents can enjoy this event
and an opportunity to personally meet and discuss concerns with the candidates
following the Forum.

It will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2011 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the Fadrow
Room of the Franklin Public Library (9151 West Loomis Road).

All of the candidates have been invited and are expected to participate. The
candidates are listed below.

3rd Aldermanic District

Kristen Wilhelm

4th Aldermanic District

Pete Kosovich
Steve F. Taylor

This Forum will be in an open format to allow the candidates to answer questions
posed by the audience and non-biased questions through a moderator. Each question
will be directed to all candidates. The purpose of the Forum is to provide a venue for
the citizens of Franklin to openly discuss the issues facing our community with the
candidates.

As an organization, Citizens for Community Development will remain non-partisan and

not endorse any of the candidates.

The date of the election is Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
