Asda - George Clothing Assistant September 2006 - Present - Work within a team in a fast paced environment, advising customers and dealing with any complaints. - Effectively solved customer¶s queries in a speedy and efficient manner. - Manage the warehouse and clothing delivery where organisational skills are par amount in this role to maintain and replenish stock. - Member of the events team, organising charity events such as r aising money for charity. Leicester City Football Club - Walkers Stadium August 2006 - May 2007 - Supervised colleagues to ensure quality food production and alcohol consumption regulations were adhered. - Worked during peak times, where multi tasking and working under pressure was essential. - Instantaneous decision making whilst keeping calm and c ontrolled. - Tasks also included monetary management, where I would cash up tills and balance floats. Counselling Advice Service September 2004 - July 2006 - Providing support and assurance for students and assisting with personal problems - Confidentiality was very important in this area, as I was dealing with sensitive issues. - Enhanced my communication skills a s I had to interact with younger students, from all ages and backgrounds. INTERESTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS Raised money for the Pakistan Flood Crisis 2010 - As team leader of this event I persuaded people to donate to the fund, by campaigning around Leicester City centre and approaching members of the public and private sectors, and kindly influencing them to donate. - Exceeded the target of a £1000 and raised a total of £1546 .00.

Sports and Fitness - I enjoy sporting Activities which help to stimulate the mind and body. - I am a member of a 6 a side football team and also participate in badminton matches regularly. The Scout and Guides Group 2006 - Was a part of the Girls Guide Association, where I achieved badges on activities such as camping, helping the elderly and sports. - I later returned as a volunteer in the Scouting Association supervising and assisting younger children with gaining their badg es, in activities such as Arts and Craft, local trips and team building.
