Import the root certificate authority to the browser to prevent Internet Explorer
from displaying a Security Alert when you connect to the security server. You
must add the Root CA certificate to Trusted Root Certification Authorities.

Prerequisites

•Install and configure your Contact Center Manager Administration security

server.

•Save the security certificate to a file. For more information, see Saving the
root certificate authority to a file (page227).

Procedure steps

Open Internet Explorer.

Select Tools, Internet Options.

Click the Content tab.

Click Certificates.

In the Certificates window, click the Trusted Root Certification
Authorities
tab.

Click Import.

In the Certificate Import Wizard, perform the steps to import the security
certificate for the Contact Center Manager Administration security server.
Locate and select the certificate from the location where you saved the file
and accept all other defaults in the Wizard.

Click Finish.

9

Restart your browser to apply the changes.
