What Is Leadership?
Definition:Definition:The ability to influence a group toward the achievement of goals. Leadership is the behavior of an individual when he is directing the activities of a group towards a shared goal.
Example of a leaders
Mahatma Gandhi is one of the most famous leaders not only in India, but around the world. He fought for India's independence against the British and finally won. He is remembered today for this accomplishment. Indra Gandhi, another famous leader and the daughter of Nehru, was the prime minister of India for a long time. Dhirubhai ambani,the enterpreneur who emerged as a tallest industrial leader in the last two decades.

Definition of Trait Leadership
The possession of certain traits that society sees as leadership traits. It was once believed that people were born with these certain traits.

Ability to be certain about ones competencies and skills.

Quality of honesty and trustworthiness Leaders with this inspire confidence in others, because they can be trusted to do what they say they are going to do.
