of Capital One Service Co-ordinator, as mentioned in the application I have also enclosed my resume for your kind perusal. I have experience of working in call centre for about 1.5 years. During which I have worked in a sales environment in HP both as an Agent for six months and as a Shift Supervisor for five months. I have also been working in Sitel U.K. (Capital One campaign) for more than six months as an Agent and am fully aware about its policies and procedures. During my tenure I have always admired the position of Service Co-ordinator and often asked them about their work and duties which has made me quite conversant with the job responsibilities and procedures of a Service Co-ordinator I have also worked as an Assistant Manager(Marketing) for about 2.5 years and successfully lead my team and company to success. As a postgraduate in MBA I would also like to make use of the knowledge and skills I have learned to add value to the position of Service Co-ordinator. I am very analytical, target oriented and self motivated individual capable of delivering responsibilities successfully.
