Method For the pizza dough 1. Sift the flour 2. Warm the water to body temperature, add the yeast and sugar and allow fermenting. 3. Add the oil and yeast mix to the flour and mix in to a ball 4. Kneed for five minuets then allow to rest. 5. Kneed again for five minuets and roll in to a round then place on tray and allow to rise For the tomato sauce 1. Slice the onion and sweet off in a pan with the salt. 2. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan with all the other ingredience. 3. Cook out and check the seasoning. For the topping 1. Cover the top of the pizza with the tomato sauce and then choose three items for your topping. 2. Finale sprinkle grated cheese on top. 3. Place your tray in the oven to bake.
