It provides us immense pleasure to welcome you to“Aaina 2009-10”, the mega-state level
academic-cum-cultural event now celebrating its 8th consecutive year. It is successfully organized
by Student Council of B.P. College of BBA and BCA.Aaina across the years has gained
reputation of being an extraordinary annual function with a great grandeur.
The event attracts an audience of around 3000 to 4000 from all corners of Gujarat State on the
final day of the event in the interclass talent night. Apart from these, the event has an array of
academic and cultural events where schools/colleges students from all across the state will be
participating.
However, we are not limiting it for the entertainment purpose only, but we would also be lending
a helping hand towards the needful part of the society by doing charity as it is a part of our social
responsibilities. Prominent exposure would be provided to the respective sponsors provided
if the sponsorship is for the entire 2 days event.
The audience profile consists mainly of school & college students, teachers, principals, parents,
press reporters and other sponsors. We can proudly claim that this is the biggest platform that
anybody in Gandhinagar can grab to advertise to a massive youth crowd.
In the past, many businesses from across Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad who have been
fortunate enough to associate themselves have found the opportunity to showcase their
product/services to the young audience across Gujarat.
You have been patronizing us by providing association opportunities for the events in various
ways and aiding us to make the event a great success. We invite you once again to associate
with us positively in this mega event to be conducted across 2 days at our college campus
through 4th and 5th of December, 2009. Other details of sponsorship are given in the letter
attached.

• Precede Aaina’s name through out the event.

• Display of company’s product and services at prominent places in
the college premises.
• Printing the sponsors’ name on Invitation card(s).
• Distribution of company’s literature to approximately 4000+...
Students and faculties.
• Prominent exposure would be provided to the respective sponsors’,
provided if sponsorship is for the entire 2-days event.
• Announcement of the sponsor’s name during all the events.
• Two banners,
One to be displayed on the main stage.
