Tips:

Preparation:
Place a bench behind the smith machine. With the bar upper chest height, position the bar on the back of
the shoulders and grasp the bar to sides. Place one foot slightly forward under the bar. Extend your other
leg back and place the top of yourfoot on the bench. Lift the bar.

Execution:
Lower your body on the leg by flexing the knee and hip of your front leg until the knee of your rear leg is
almost in contact with the floor. Return to the original standing position by extending the hip and knee of the
forward leg. Repeat. Continue with opposite leg.
