Easter Weekend 2011
“Jesus Did It...Just For Me”
By His Stripes...We are healed...

In a time when religious leaders and a religious system made it increasingly complicated to connect with God, a teacher appeared whose message was profoundly . . . simple.

People who accepted his offer found themselves captivated by an extraordinary faith leading them to adopt a lifestyle that turned the world upside down. Join us and see how Jesus’ Plan is “Simple As A. B. C.” It may very well be another life-changing experience!

Jesus arrived on the stage of world events and announced that God's intent was to connect with, not confuse, humankind. To those who were considered most distant from God, Jesus offered this simple invitation: "Follow me." !

EASTER WEEKEND 2011!

APRIL 24, 2011 May 8, 2011 “Just Obey” (Matt. 7:24-28; Prov. 3:5-6) The church often mistakes Christian obedience as the first step in the Christian life. As a result, for many people the Christian faith becomes a rules-based religion. Instead, the Scriptures reveal that Jesus' initial invitation is to follow him. He invites us to follow him until we begin believing that he is indeed who he says he is. This belief that God loves us and has the best in store for us becomes the reason we obey. May 15, 2011 “Now Apply It!” (James 1:22-26) What good is following, believing, and obeying if you aren't doing? In other words, God's standards for our lives aren't for judging others, but for applying to our own lives. What's the point: Application (Doing) makes all the difference!

NEW SERIES BEGINS ON EASTER! Jesus arrived on the stage of world events and announced that God's intent was to connect with, not confuse, humankind. To those who were considered most distant from God, Jesus offered this simple invitation: "Follow me." People who accepted his offer found themselves captivated by an extraordinary faith leading them to adopt a lifestyle that turned the world upside down. April 24, 2011 “Just Follow” (Matthew 9:9-13) There is a common misconception that the church is a gathering place for saintly, perfect people. Moreover, some think that being a Christian means observing a set of rules or commandments. The reality is that the Christian life is about a relationship with Jesus Christ. At the heart of that relationship is an invitation that Jesus extends to people from all experiences of life: "Follow me." May 1, 2011 “Just Believe” (Romans 3:21-26) Jesus' initial invitation to his disciples was a simple one: Follow me. He invited them to watch and listen to his interactions with his heavenly Father and with others. In time, however, those who followed Jesus began to discover God's character through Jesus Christ. In that discovery, they found themselves drawn to take a second simple step: Believe. !
