RESEARCH OF METHODOLOGY
1.1 INTRODUCTION

The popular Switch gears Pvt. ltd. Incepted in the year


1984 with the urgent mission of meeting all electrical
assembly panels requirements of our vast client base. Our
custom built low & medium voltage electrical switch gear
have garnered tremendous appreciation from clients or their
qualitative and streamlined product range. Our range confirms
to IS & IEC- 68623 specifications.
We are backed by the best in engineering expertise,
systems manufacturing capabilities, comprehensive service
and support. By packaging each of our customized switch
gears management systems, we help customers operate more
efficiently and cost effectively for increased overall
productivity.
Our automated manufacturing facilities like CNC
machines for punching & bending brings down wastage and
enhances productivity. Conveyor zed powder coating systems
ensures mass production & on time delivery.

1. Popular Switchgear Pvt. Ltd. dedicates itself to total
quality. They constantly try to meet the customer
expectation by providing good technical supports and
services.

2. To utilize people to their full capacity and potential.

3. To create condition in which innovation team working


and total quality can flourish.

4. Profit is the main reward for success of business and so


profit maximization is the main goal of any business.

3.3FACILITIES
1. Popular Switchgears Pvt. Ltd. has fully equipped
manufacturing facilities with state-of-the-art machinery from
all over the world. All switchgears & raw material are directly
procured from the manufacturers for quality, genuineness &
service backup.

2. Our manufacturing units in Maharashtra and Gujarat


supports household of dedicated teams chiefly comprising of
engineers, technical associates and executives.

3. The facility can boast of the Best Machinery for Computer


aided design & manufacturing Fabrication facilities from

Germany. Excellent Epoxy Powder Coating facility, an
Assembly shop equipped with multiple Hydraulic Bus Bar

2. Company abides to the best quality practices like TQM,
Quality Circles, 5S & Kaizen to meet international standards.
3. The machines of Popular Switch Gear Pvt. Ltd. Seems to be
up to date. The machines are well equipped and maintained.

4. The members of Popular Switch Gear Pvt. Ltd. are very co-
operative. They try to give the best possible answer of the
question that we have asked them. They never hesitate in any
questions.

5. There is facility to protect their raw material from thefts by


appointing a well maintained and discipline securities.

6. Last but not the least there is every process through


computerized.

SUGGESTIONS
1. The main and importance suggestion is that to advertise
their organization in the competitive market.

2. To protect their workers whenever workers are working


in the machines, because there is risk of injury to eyes
from fragments thrown-off in the course manufacturing
process.

3. To maintain discipline through giving uniform to every


worker at the time of working in the factory and also
wearing goggles at the time of welding, bending etc.

4. Continuous improvement, teamwork, dedication,


integrity and excellence shall be the guiding values.

CONCLUSIONS
1. I have concluded that the company has the better
electronic machines which are useful just not in small
field but as well as large fields.

2. Company organization is very well established, so every


work in every department is going systematic which is
better for advance development.

3. Management of Popular Switch Gear Pvt. Ltd. is very


experienced which handled all Departments process very
effectively & make whole organization to run smoothly
& all programmers scheduling seem to be easy.
