Hello, I’m chou, and my project is to achieve traffic monitoring by inter-vehicle

communication.I don’t know if you guys have the same experience as mine. When I
was in Taiwan, one day, I was driving on the highway and listening to the radio. Some
radio channel have traffic report every 30 minutes, so I just keep driving and waiting
for the traffic report. After a while, the traffic report began and said that there is a
traffic jam about 2 km ahead, but it’s too late because I already pass the exit, so I can
only be stocked in the traffic jam. When Dr. Wu told us that we need to do a project,
this topic just popped up. because I didn’t have either 3G cell phone that can link to
internet, nor the GPS. So I came up with this idea that using inter-vehicle
communication.
