Oven Porcupines

Try these scrumptious oven porcupines with plain rice on the side to have a delectable meal enough for four to six servings. They take only 10 minutes of your preparation time and are ready to eat in less than an hour.

What you need: 1 lb of ground beef 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt 1/2 cup of plain, not instant, uncooked rice 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 cup of water 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1/3 cup of chopped onion 1 (15 ounce) can of tomato sauce 1 teaspoon of salt 3 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce 1. Pre heat the roaster oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Take a bowl and mix the meat, rice, salts, garlic, onion, pepper, and water in it. Mix well so that the mixture is able to retain shape. 3. Using rounded tablespoonfuls, or by hand, shape the mixture into round balls for baking. 4. Take a non greased 8 inch square baking dish and place the meatballs in it, maintaining gaps between each meatball. 5. Take a bowl and mix together the two sauces, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce in it properly, and then pour over the meatballs, covering the meatballs thoroughly. 6. Cover the baking dish with a foil, and bake for forty five minutes in the pre heated roaster oven. Uncover the baking dish and then bake for another fifteen minutes. 7. Remove from the oven and serve hot on individual plates. The meatballs are ready to be served and taste best when hot.
