Acknowledegement
First of all, I would like to say Alhamdulillah, for giving me the strength and health to do this project work until it done not forgotten to my family for providing everything, such as money, to buy anything that are related to this project work and their advise, which is the most needed for this project. Internet, books, computers and all that as my source to complete this project. They also supported me and encouraged me to complete this task so that I will not procrastinate in doing it. Then I would like to thank my teacher, Puan Rokiah Binti Hussin for guiding me and my friends throughout this project.

Introduction
Food is our main source of energy.To study food more effectively,it is grouped into seven classes.Each of these food classes that its own functions,sources and effects due to deficiencies.We need to eat food from all the different food classes,in the correct quantities in oreder to be healthy.

Objective
.The objective is analyzing the classes of food and nutrition that we are eating every single day.

There are seven classes of food that we are eating like: (a)Protein (b)Carbohyrates (c)Fat (d)Vitamin (e)Mineral salt (f)Fibre (g)Water

Conclusion
A balanced diet is made up of food that has all the nutrients in the right quantities.A balanced diet is necessary for (a)preventing deficiency diseases such as scurvy and rickets (b)promoting the repair of damaged tissues (c)supplying the required energy for working and movement
