Personality  Originates from the Latin persona, which means mask. Significantly, in the theatre of the ancient Latinspeaking world, the mask was not used as a plot device to disguise the identity of a character, but rather was a convention employed to represent or typify that character.

 was the founder of Psychoanalytic Approach  was a neurologist born in Austria during the Victorian era.  According to Freud (1917), personality has three structures: the id, the ego, and the superego. - id, person's source of psychic energy , is unconscious, has no contact with reality with reality, and is childlike in its demands for gratification, always seeking pleasure and avoiding pain. - ego, is governed by reality principle. -superego, addresses the moral consideration of individual actions.
