• MEASUREMENTS AND ADJUSTMENTS I AMPLIFIER ADJUSTMENT I

• Setting of controls and instruments to be used .
1. Before the adjustment, VR601 and VR602 should be turned 4. Sound volume ............. 0 (minimum)
in counterclockwise direction. 5. DC voltmeter (capable to reasure 5 mV)
2. Main speaker switch . ........ on 6. Oscilloscope
3. Remote speaker switch ........ off

(L channel) 1. Connect ao dummy resistor or speaker
Between_ (+) and VR601 (L channel) of ao inpedance to main speaker terminal.
-(-). 2. Turn power supply ON and make sure

(R channel) 3. Adjust VR601 (L channel) or VR602
Between __ (+) and VR602 (R channel) (R channel) so that the voltage at each

• Overload detection circuit

1. Apply output voltage 5V 1 kHz signal to the auxil iary input terminal.

3. Make sure that no output is delivered when short-circuited with 5W, O.33U resistor.

4. Similarly check the right channel.

* If protection relay turns OFF due to overload, the circuit and load will not restore their normal conditions unless power supply is once turned OFF and again turned ON.

• DC detection circuit

1. Make sure that the relay turns OFF in 3 seconds when ± 10V DC input is applied to terminals @ and @l of relay (R L Y701 ) P. C. B.
