CO 26. Row 1: P2, *k2, p2; repeat from * to end. Row 2: K2, *p2, k2; repeat from * to end. Row 3: P2, *K2tog but don’t slip off needle, then insert right-hand needle between these 2 sts and knit the first st again, slipping both sts off needle tog, p2; repeat from * to end. Row 4: Repeat Row 2. Repeat Rows 1-4 until piece measures 15” (or as long as necessary to measure TWICE the length of the gadget your making the sleeve for). BO in pattern stitch. Finishing (Both Versions) Fold piece in half length-wise; seam up sides. Weave in ends.
