A useful technique for finishing edges of napkins, scarves and other projects.

Step 1. Fold and iron edge of fabric.

Step 2. Fold and iron again to hide the raw edge of the fabric.

Step 3. Repeat on all edges of fabric.

Step 4. Remember to fold over and iron all edges twice.

Step 5. Open up folded edges.

Step 6. Cut fabric on diagonal.

Step 7. Fold over cut edge 1 time and iron flat.

Step 8. Refold the side seams into the corner.

Step 9. Here is your neat, tidy mitered edge.
