Part 1.Basic requirements to set up brick plant

1) Raw materials (Clay or shale etc…, the hand made brick raw materials can make extrusion bricks)
2) Land for brick plant: 20000 ~ 30000 m2 (214,000 ~321,000 square foot)
3) Workshop for machinery: 1500~ 2500 m2 (16000~ 27000 square foot)
4) Raw material storage house: 600~1000 m2 (6420~10700 square foot)
5) Power: 500~600KW

Part5: Provide service for setting up brick plant

1. Study raw material (customer should provide details data of raw material or provide sample for us to study)

2. Clarify some items: expected capacity ( for example annual 30 million pieces of standard brick),

3. Provide the proposal (include machinery list, investment budget )

4. Confirm the order (advanced payment)

5. Provide design of the plant, the drawing of kiln and drying chamber, produce machinery.

6. Arrange and send technicians to build kiln and drying chamber,

7. Machinery finished, delivery.

8. Machinery installation, test production and debugging, test production of kiln,

9. Operator training (skill training, safety rule training, trouble shooting training etc…)

10. Regular production

Part 6: After sale service

1. Provide a Quality Guarantee for design and installation of equipments within a guarantee period of one year

from the dates when the equipment are reach to the destination port.

2. Provide spare parts in time as per customer requirements.
