The competition or dangers are over. the anticipation of eating a delicious slice of cake. It is experienced when these “covers” disappear. something else happens. The spiritual part is always happy. When fear or worry comes to an end or a desire attained. regardless of the conscious thought of that moment. In this vast peace.

On the contrary. Developing concentration and engagement in meditation are the main ways towards this goal. one has to learn to quiet the restless mind. everything has to be dropped in order to experience it. It is dependent only . no matter what he is doing and where he is. you need to work towards it. as mentioned previously. There is no need to have all kinds of outer experiences and actions in order to feel it. not within objects or circumstances. Happiness is not something far away and unattainable. This is quite attainable. it is hidden and covered from sight by our endless thoughts. but to gain this peace and happiness. happiness will start to fill your life. All that is necessary to do is to uncover it. only. Techniques that helps to relax the mind and quiet the rush of thoughts will lead to happiness. The experience of mystics through the ages has revealed that happiness is inherent in our souls. One has to dive inside because happiness is an inner attribute. and worries. One of the key factors is detachment. yogis. only covered and hidden beneath negative thoughts. Endeavor to be detached. It is our nature. Activities such as learning to concentrate and control the mind.

Just calm your mind and stay relaxed. as if influencing them by telepathy. OUGHTS. OR “MUST”. INSTEAD OF SAYING “SHOULD”. stop wishing and start fishing. If you take the following sentence and make it part of your life.. OR MUSTS IN THE WHOLE WORLD..” . WE ARE RUNNING FULL FORCE AWAY FROM LIFE. “They SHOULD all over themselves. Stop compromising your dreams. rather. Life. but people make it difficult when they do as psychologist Albert Ellis says. The problem was that they were living on wishes that were false “pick-me-ups” in the first place. Here it is: THERE ARE NO SHOULDS. LEARN THE ONLY WORDS THAT WILL LEAD TO SUCCESS. If you want to eat. make sure that your goals are clear and that you are standing on a solid foundation. Most of the people in the world hit their heads up against the proverbial “brick wall” of life by confusing what they think “should be” with what actually is. What are those magic words? Life is incredibly simple. NONE! EVERY TIME WE SAY ANY OF THOSE WORDS. didn’t let them down.

We all experience excessive stress in today’s fast-paced society, yet we were never taught how to cope with this problem effectively.
