The RTC is growing & we are living the
dream. The RTC has overstepped its limits as a Recruitment & Training Committee to include further aspects. The RTC is
Recognizing The Career pathway, a Reason
To Communicate, a Road To Creativity &
a Resolution To Carry on. The RTC is Respecting The Community Service & a Reward To the College.
The RTC means working Round
The Clock, & now we are taking you in a
tour from one team to another to the strategic changes through out the years.
Let’s start it with The Employment
Fair –the main event introduced by the
RTC- that was honored to host 20 pharmaceutical companies & 3 chain pharmacies in its 1st year having a total number
of 4061 visitors. The 2nd employment fair
included 31 pharmaceutical companies &
was attended by 6223 visitors. The 3rd employment fair’s effectiveness was evaluated
as excellent by 58 % of the participants…
And the 4th employment fair also hosted
31 companies with 6311 visitors. Besides,
1950 CVs & applications were filled in outstation faculties.
This takes us to the Recruitment
department in the HR team where 500 vacancies were fulfilled over the past years &
over 2000 candidates were proposed. This
last term, 250 vacancies were fulfilled to
give a total of 750-800 vacancies. What a
great job!
Now, here comes the Training
team’s turn; It organized 9 SSDP courses
with about 5000 attendees, and 40 workshops with about 1200 attendees. Other
programs were also presented like: ASSDP,
STEP & APPROACH with 500 participants
to host a total number of 6700 attendees.
The RTC Club was launched in
March, 2008 & they have been processing up to 6 waves with a total number of
850 members, and yet it’s still growing.
The membership benefit scope of the RTC

Club includes Electronic learning, training, graduates café, & online benefits. And
this year, its scope was enlarged to include:
Career consultancy, visits to industrial sites
and summer trainings.

Along the side with the RTC Club,
the MPM (Model of Pharmaceutical Marketing) was also launched in 2007- 3rd year
for the RTC. The MPM started with 80 delegates supervised by 16 members, then,
on the very next year another branch was
added to the MPM which is the Marketing Research with 60 delegates, in addition
to the 72 delegates at the Model of Pharmaceutical Marketing. Surprisingly, the
number of delegates has grown greatly this
year to reach 90 delegates in the Marketing
Research & 140 in the MPM, all supervised
by a total of 31 members.
The RTC is still working round the
clock to give unlimited opportunities to the
pharmacists, and for this aim, a new team
was launched in 2007,the CPE
-Continuous Pharmacy Education- to increase
the knowledge of the pharmacy students
& graduates about all the pharmaceutical
aspects. The first launching was in September 2007, where a QC & QA workshop was
conducted that focused on GMP (Good
Manufacturing Practice) & Process Valida-

program was in progress which included
sessions about Production, Clinical Research, Life style Modification & Scientific
The CPE team also conducted a new project, SAM –Scientific Research & Awareness Model- that is mainly concerned with
Hepatitis C. This was divided into two
parts; First, the Scientific Research Council, to implement an epidemiological survey to be presented in front of a medical
committee. Second, the Awareness campaign council, where each group will be
judged in a conference.
Now comes the time for the greatest surprise of the year, the PR team which
publishes Resonance newspaper, shares in
the Community Service and is responsible
for team building & processing of the RTC

My dear mind please shut down

When you find yourself just
thinking of one problem, one situation
day and night, wherever you go you find
it behind you, just analyzing it, putting
scenarios for what has happened and
what gonna be…u say "ok I will go to
sleep" but u find it roaring in your head,
u close your eyes and find it there in
your dreams….just here you scream…”
my dear mind please shutdown. Why
are you working Nonstop that way? I
think you are tired and you ought to
take a break."
But thanks God it never shut down, for
if it did, my respiratory centers, heart,
kidney, liver, perception and everything
gonna stop and I will simply die.
But some people before taking any
action keep on analyzing it, calculating
every step, and estimating what can be
achieved, & what can be lost & then
repeat it over &over again….until the
time has passed to take any action.
what is that? It is simply "Paralysis
by analysis"…ok it is good to think
thoroughly before taking any step in
life, but not to think only and not take
any step.
Others just enjoy whipping themselves
hard on any mistake. It is good not to
forget your mistakes or your heart
gonna b blind…but it is terrible when u
remember nothing but your faults, and
u go on blaming yourself for what has
happened…and this turn to depression,
frustration, low self motivation, fear
and panic from repeating this mistake,
which turns that u take no action at all
in order not to make a little silly foolish
mistake again. Just believe that we are

human beings, and we ought to make
mistakes, in order to learn.
And others are living on their
memories, satisfied by what has
happened in the past and not ready to
add new.
However, we can never live without
dreams. Without a dream that has
turned into a goal that u are seeing and
working hard to achieve, life gonna
have no meaning without a dream that
pushes u to being better, that turned to
b your motivation, whenever you are
out of the track, u remember it, and
u are filled with passion, power, and
motivation to work again, in order to
make your dream come true.
But this differs from those living in
their dreams, just feeling happy being
there imagining that they accomplished
what they dreamt of and are now feeling
the happiness of success.. but where?
Just in their minds. In their sweet
daydreams.But life is lived on earth
not in daydreams. They are taking a
general anesthetic to forget their failure,
weakness, or it's even that they don't
want to make an effort to succeed and
be happy. Scientists say that in the fMRI
images (magnetic resonance) the seat of
daydreams appeared to be the 'default
network' a region of the brain that
remains active when we rest or are not
engaged in a focused task, but switches
off when we need to concentrate. Then
working, concentration, and thinking
can not collaborate with day dreams.
Mind thinks and brings us ideas
that we ought to put into action, to make
them useful. Yes, the beginning of

every action is a thought…..but without
the action this thought is in vain.
Intelligence doesn't increase by age,
it is just your experience in life that
gonna increase. As the mind is like
muscles it needs training to become
stronger…every new experience you
pass through, every new word u hear or
read…adds to your mind…it is a type
of mind stretching and strengthening,
that increases your mind capacity and
abilities and which ensures that there
isn't a specific age for learning, as long
as you live you can learn more and more
and more.
Never ask your mind to shut down;
just ask it to work in the right track. It
has a huge power that ought to be used
for the correct tasks and not wasted on
trivial things that will bring you nothing
at the end.

and the moon & the stars start to appear in the sky. What a scene to set your
eyes on! It gives pleasure getting to see
them all in the same place. Even them,
liked the fact of their having such an
instantaneous momentary gathering in
a transition state between daily timely
phenomena. They enjoyed drawing a
beautiful painting of the sky at dusk,
pleased with spending these very moments, then each continues his way,
satisfied & content, knowing it’s time
for a “ leave you for good”. And they
depart. Their roads may or may not
cross again. Who knows? The good
part is that they know it when it’s time
to leave…And they dare not disobey
nature’s forces.

this is the time when you’ll have to set
your priorities & leave what you can for
what you can’t. “At every moment in the
human journey, we find that we’ve to let
go in order to move forward. And Letting go means dying a little to be awakened afresh.”- Kathleen R. Fischer.
Finally, you may start to see
that it’s time to set things free. How
shall we decide that it’s the right timing
for that “leave you for good” thing? It’s
all a matter of Bargain. It’s your choice
to either give up the things you love for
your own sake, or to give yourself up
for what you want. And those who are
ready to lose some of their selves up
in pursuit of what they want are those
who start to find themselves incomplete without this particular thing. It’s
a game of making decisions, where you
are the only player & the only one responsible for the consequences...
Is Letting go a kind of weakness, then? We need a pause in here.

There’s a big difference between giving
up & letting go; To give something up
is to leave it because you’re not brave
enough to fight for it, but to let go of
something is your realization that there
are things that just can’t be.
Letting go doesn’t mean not
caring about things, but rather caring
in a flexible & wise way. Letting go is
learning, experiencing and growing
up. Coz’ to let it go, knowing you must
set it free. This is the hardest position
where you can everbe.
We don’t wanna make things
that tough and cheer up this tragedy a
little by focusing on the bright side.
Letting go is a game over and
some may be upset for ending the game
before even starting it, while others
may feel content that at least they had
a game to start with & feel grateful for
the experience. Letting go is relieving
your mind. Letting go is surrendering
to God’s will. It’s also a means of selfawareness, by getting to know the real
you buried so deep within, by considering your choices in life. It’s a matter
of making decisions.
If these words won’t soothe it a
little, Just blink…And it’s Over. Close
your eyes on what you wanna set free,
then open so fast to find it had disappeared from your mind.

WELCOME Upper Egypt:

A new training program in Assuit University

RTC (Recruitment and training
committee) a non-profitable foundation composed of a group of specialized
service units founded to fill the gap between the student's life and the practical
life with a vision to deliver a highly proactive generation that can share in the
global development.
Fulfilling this vision statement,
the Upper Egypt training project has
been proposed. The field of pharmaceuticals is now growing widely in Egypt.
Moreover, the requirements of
the working field are increasing; the
need for well-qualified and prepared future pharmacists became a great influencing threat that is facing fresh graduates and undergraduates.
Pharmaceutical Companies (National and Multinational respectively)
are looking forward for more exposure
all along Egyptian cities. It became a
demanding need to hire well-qualified,
presentable pharmacists in different

‫ﻣﺠﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﺪﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﺃﺗﻮﻗﻊ ﺃﻧﻨﺎ ﺳﻨﻜﻮﻥ‬

‫ﺃﻭﻝ ﻛﻠﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺼﻴﺪﻟﺔ ﲢﺼﻞ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻝ"‪ " 9001ISO-2000‬ﻣﺨﺘﺺ ﺑﺠﻮﺩﺓ ﺍﻟﺸﺌﻮﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺍﻻﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ‬
‫ﻋﺎﻟﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﳉﻮﺩﺓﻳﺼﺒﺢ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﺎﻡ ﻛﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻔﺲ‬
‫ﻣﺴﺘﻮﻯ ﺍﳉﻮﺩﺓ‪ .‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻳﺘﺮﻛﺰ ﺃﻏﻠﺐ ﺍﻟﺘﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺷﺌﻮﻥ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﳋﺪﻣﺎﺕ ﺍﳌﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﺑﺪﺍﺧﻠﻬﺎ ﻭﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﻫﺬﺍ‬
‫ﺍﳌﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﺑﺎﺳﻢ "‪"CIQAP‬‬

‫ﻋﺪﺓ ﺃﺷﻴﺎﺀ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﺩﻭﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﳌﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﺍﳌﺸﺘﺮﻳﺎﺕ‬
‫ﻭﺭﻭﺍﺗﺐ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻠﲔ ﻭﺍﳌﻮﻇﻔﲔ ﻭﺃﻋﻀﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﺘﺪﺭﻳﺲ‪ .‬ﻭﻣﺪﺓ‬

‫ﻭﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ " ﺁﺗﻮﺱ " ﺑﺄﺑﺤﺎﺛﻬﺎ ؟‬‫ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻷﺑﺤﺎﺙ ﻳﺘﻢ ﻋﻤﻠﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﳋﺎﺭﺝ ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻣﻌﻈﻢ‬

‫ﺑﺸﺪﺓ ‪ ،‬ﻷﻥ ﻋﻨﺪﻯ ﺇﳝﺎﻥ ﻗﻮﻯ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﺔ ﺃﺳﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻄﺒﻴﻌﺔ‬

‫ﻭﺷﻬﺮﺓ ﻓﻔﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﳊﺎﻟﺔ ﳝﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻐﻴﺮ ﻟﻘﺒﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺟﻞ‬
‫ﺃﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺭﺟﻞ ﻣﺴﺘﻐﻞ "‪. "Opportunist‬‬

‫ﺷﻌﻮﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ ؟‬
‫ﻧﺤﻦ ﻟﺴﻨﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﻦ ﻛﺸﻌﺐ ﻣﺼﺮﻯ ﻧﺤﻦ ﺟﺰﺀ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻭﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺃﻭﺭﻭﺑﺎ ﻭﻳﻔﺼﻠﻨﺎ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺗﺮﻋﺔ ﺻﻐﻴﺮﺓ‬
‫ﺗﺴﻤﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮ ﺍﻷﺑﻴﺾ ﻓﻨﺤﻦ ﻃﻮﻝ ﻋﻤﺮﻧﺎ ﺟﺰﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻭﺭﻭﺑﺎ‬
‫ﻭﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻳﺰﺩﺍﺩ ﺇﺗﺼﺎﻟﻨﺎ ﺗﺰﺩﻫﺮ ﺃﺣﻮﺍﻟﻨﺎ ﻭﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻳﻘﻞ ﻭﻧﺒﺪﺃ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮﻝ " ﻧﺤﻦ ‪ ...‬ﻧﺤﻦ " ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﻷﻃﻔﺎﻝ ‪ ،‬ﻓﻨﺤﻦ ﺟﺰﺀ‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺍﳊﻀﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻷﻭﺭﻭﺑﻴﺔ ﻭﻻ ﻧﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺃﻥ ﻧﻔﻜﺮ ﻭﺃﻥ ﻧﻌﻴﺶ‬
‫ﺑﺪﻭﻧﻬﺎ ‪ .‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﻨﻜﻤﺶ ﺍﻟﺼﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻹﻧﺴﺎﻧﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﺎ ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ‬
‫ﳒﻠﺲ ﻓﻮﻕ ﺑﻌﺾ ﻭﻧﻨﻔﺼﻞ ﻋﻦ ﺍﳊﻀﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻷﺧﺮﻯ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻟﻜﻦ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻹﺣﺘﻔﺎﻅ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻴﻨﻮﻧﺘﻨﺎ ﺍﳌﺼﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﻫﻮﻳﺘﻨﺎ‬‫ﺃﻟﻴﺲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺍﳌﻘﺼﻮﺩ ؟‬
‫ﺳﻮﻑ ﺃﻗﻮﻝ ﻟﻜﻢ ﺷﺊ ﻟﻜﻦ ﻻ ﺗﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﻷﺣﺪ ﺛﻢ ﺃﻛﻤﻞ‬
‫ﺣﺪﻳﺜﻪ ﺿﺎﺣﻜﺎ ﹰ ‪ :‬ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺍﳌﺮﺀ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺠﺪ ﻫﻮﻳﺘﻪ‬
‫ﻭﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﻳﺤﺐ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻋﻨﺪﻩ ﺍﳌﻘﺪﺭﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻔﻘﺪﻫﺎ‬
‫‪ ،‬ﺃﻥ ﺗﺬﻫﺐ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺷﺊ ﺗﺎﻧﻰ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﺪﺃ ﺑﺎﻟﻘﻮﻝ " ﺃﻧﺎ‬
‫ﻣﲔ ‪ ..‬ﺃﻧﺎ ﻣﲔ " ﻓﺴﻴﺒﻚ ﻣﻨﻚ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻢ ﻭﺗﻌﺮﻑ‬
‫ﻓﻴﻤﻜﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﺮﻑ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻭﻫﻮﻳﺘﻚ ‪ ،‬ﻓﻄﻮﻝ‬


‫ﻣﺎ ﺃﻧﺖ ﻭﺍﻗﻒ ﻓﻰ ﺍﳌﺮﺍﻳﺎ ﻋﻤﺮﻙ ﻣﺎ ﻫﺘﻌﺮﻑ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻣﺎ ﺃﻛﺜﺮ ﻣﻮﻗﻒ ﺷﻌﺮﺕ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺑﺎﻹﺣﺒﺎﻁ ﻭﺍﻟﻴﺄﺱ ؟‬‫ﺿﺤﻚ ﺑﺸﺪﺓ ﺛﻢ ﺃﺭﺩﻑ ﻗﺎﺋﻼﹰ ‪ :‬ﻓﻰ ﻣﺼﺮ ﻛﻞ ﺭﺑﻊ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ‬
‫ﲢﺪﺙ ﻛﻮﺍﺭﺙ ﻭﲡﺪ ﻣﺼﺎﺋﺐ ﺑﻼ ﺣﺪﻭﺩ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﺇﻧﻰ‬
‫ﺍﺗﺒﻊ ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎ ﹰ ﻣﻘﻮﻟﺔ ﺻﺪﻳﻖ ﻟﻰ " ﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻻ ﻳﻌﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﻴﺄﺱ‬
‫ﻭﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎ ﹰ ﳝﺘﻠﻚ ﺑﺄﺱ ﺳﻮﻑ ﻳﺘﻐﻠﺐ ﺩﺍﺋﻤﺎ ﹰ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻴﺄﺱ " ‪،‬‬
‫ﺇﻥ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺼﻌﺐ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺇﻻ ﲤﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﺒﺮ ﻭﻟﻜﻦ‬

‫ﻛﻴﻒ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺘﺤﻔﻴﺰ ﻧﻔﺴﻚ ﻓﻰ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺼﻌﺎﺏ‬‫ﻭﺍﻟﻜﻮﺍﺭﺙ ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺘﻰ ﺗﻘﺎﺑﻠﻚ ؟‬
‫ﻣﻦ ﺻﻐﺮﻯ ﻭﺃﻧﻰ ﺃﺗﺪﺭﺏ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺑﻌﺾ ﺍﻟﺘﻤﺎﺭﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺘﻰ‬

‫‪ ،‬ﺃﻥ ﺍﷲ ﺻﺒﻮﺭ ﻭﺃﻧﺎ ﺃﺭﻳﺪ ﺃﻥ ﺃﲤﺮﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺼﺒﺮ ‪ ،‬ﻓﻤﻦ‬
‫ﺍﳌﻤﻜﻦ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺨﺘﺎﺭ ﺃﺳﻤﲔ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺳﻤﺎﺀ ﺍﷲ ﺍﳊﺴﻨﻰ ﻭﺗﺒﺪﺃ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺪﺭﺏ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﺒﺎﻟﻜﺎﺩ ﺗﺴﺘﻄﻴﻊ ﺃﻥ ﲢﻘﻖ ﺟﺰﺀ ﻣﻨﻬﻢ‬
‫ﺣﺘﻰ ﻟﻮ ﻋﻤﺮﺕ ‪ ١٢٠‬ﻋﺎﻡ ‪.‬‬

‫ﺩﻭﺭ ﻫﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺗﻮﻋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﻼﺣﲔ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻕ ﺍﻟﻌﺪﻭﻱ ﻭﺗﻜﺒﺪﺕ‬

‫ﻧﺴﺒﺘﻪ ﺗﺰﻳﺪ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟـ‪ ٪٢٠‬ﻣﻦ ﻋﺪﺩ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﺎﻥ‪،‬ﻓﻜﺎﻥ ﻣﻦ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺟﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻨﺎ ﺍﺗﺨﺎﺫ ﺧﻄﻮﺓ ﺍﻳﺠﺎﺑﻴﺔ ﻟﻨﺸﺮ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻋﻴﻪ‬
‫ﻭﻣﺤﺎﺭﺑﺔ ﺍﻧﺘﺸﺎﺭ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﳌﺮﺽ ﻭﺗﻘﻠﻴﻞ ﻧﺴﺒﺔ ﺍﻻﺻﺎﺑﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻟﺬﺍ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻓﻜﺮﺕ ﺍﻟـ‪ RTC‬ﻓﻲ ﺍﳌﺴﺎﻫﻤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻋﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺿﺪ ﺍﳌﺮﺽ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﺇﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﻣﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﺑﲔ ﺍﻟﻄﻼﺏ ﻋﻦ‬
‫ﻃﺮﻕ ﺍﻟﺘﻮﻋﻴﺔ‪ ,‬ﻭﻭﺟﺪﺕ ﺩﻋﻢ ﻣﻨﻘﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻨﻈﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺟﻬﺎﺕ‬
‫ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺍﳌﻌﻬﺪ ﺍﻟﻘﻮﻣﻲ ﻟﻠﻜﺒﺪ ﻭ ﻧﺨﺺ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﻜﺮ‬

‫ﻳﺘﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﻴﺬﻫﺎ ﻋﻠﻲ ﺃﺭﺽ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﻭ ﺗﺘﻢ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺤﻜﻴﻢ‬
‫ﻋﻠﻲ ﺃﺳﺎﺱ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬ ﻭﻟﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﺘﺨﻄﻴﻂ ﻓﻘﻂ‪.‬‬
‫ﺣﻴﺚ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﻓﻜﺮﺓ ﺍﳌﺴﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻄﻠﺒﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ‬

‫ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﺸﻮﺍﺋﻲ ﳑﺎ ﻳﻘﻠﻞ ﺍﳌﺴﺎﺣﺔ ﺍﳊﻘﻴﻘﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻜﻠﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
