I got pulled into another freelance gig and had to pull together a proposal. So this is what it is going on: Beyond chats with Ogilvy, I ve had a great chat with Suzanne Powers, who as I m sure you know-is new global CSO at CPB. And we know one another from the AAAA s planning committee in the past. I was put in touch with her to potentially run strategy for the L.A. office through Jason Gaboriau, my former partner at Amalgamated. But we had such a good chat we open the conversation other roles. I ve also spoken to HR and they are comfortable with salary expectations. Going in tomorrow for an all day interview/work session with Allen & Gerritsen in Boston. Should be in the range of 2530k a month for 2-3 months. Also meeting with Perkstreet on Monday, a new start up consumer bank in boston which just got 9 million in funding and wants to position the brand for more rapid growth. My favorite analytics guy ever from Mullen runs analytics there now and is bringing me in to talk to the CEO. In talks with another former colleague from Mullen who went client side on LendingTree about helping them evaluate pitch participants she is currently running. Setting up ongoing project to run social media for Kirkwood Direct, a printing company and direct shop up here. Another few grand a month retainer. On salary at Hill I was 300 base, plus EVP perk s including parking, car, gym allowance I was there for 6 weeks of 2010 and got a 15k bonus. The standard for solid years is in the 50-100k range for senior management. But beyond all that, what I m looking for is a way to live with a family of 5 in NYC metro with opportunities to prove my value.
