DIET CHART FOR PREGNANT WOMEN
Breakfast : 8: 00 am to 8:30 am 1 glass milk ( 250 ml) + 2 spoons of protein powder 1 plate Poha / Upma / Idli sambar / Dahlia / 2 slices brown bread and 1 boiled egg

Midmorning snack : around 10:30 am Any one fruit of your choice : Banana / Orange / Apple / Pear / Peach / Mango

Lunch : 1:00 pm 1 plate salad / 1 bowl raita : Cucumber / Carrot / Beetroot / Tomato 2 – 3 Chapatis 1 bowl of green leafy vegetables : Palak / Methi / Cabbage 1 bowl of sprouted pulses : Matki / Moong / Masoor OR 1 bowl of chicken / fish curry

Midafternoon snack: 4:30 pm Any one small fruit : Small yellow Banana / ½ Apple / Chickoo

Evening snack : 6:00pm 1 glass milk ( 250 ml) + 2 spoons of protein powder 4 pieces of groundnut chikki / 4-5 dates / 1-2 small sandwiches

Dinner : At 9 pm Like lunch + 1 bowl Dal –Rice
