Basic  of  up  to  c$100k  with  aggressive,  uncapped  commission  structure  for  OTE  c$150k.  

  San  Francisco     Our  Client  seeks  an  experienced  software  product  sales  professional  to  take  on  the  role  of  Sales  Executive.  The   candidate  will  be  responsible  for  the  sales  of  their  cross-­‐platform  mobile  applications  solution  and  associated   services  to  application  developers,  software  publishers,  Operators  and  OEMs  in  the  Americas.     Background:   The  mobile  application  market  is  experiencing  unprecedented  growth,  with  over  500m  smartphone  devices  active   today  and  a  market  expected  to  reach  over  1bn  active  devices  by  2015.  Pioneered  by  Apple’s  iPhone,  application   developers  now  have  the  opportunity  to  deploy  applications  through  Google’s  Android,  Samsung’s  Bada,  Nokia’s  Ovi,   RIM’s  Blackberry,  HP’s  WebOs  and  Microsoft’s  Windows  Mobile,  among  others.     Backed  by  private  investors  and  semi-­‐conductor  giant  ARM,  our  Client  has  developed  a  suite  of  software   development  tools  and  services  provided  to  application  developers  and  software  publishers  to  enable  them  to  build   mobile  applications  and  deploy  them  across  multiple  device  types  and  operating  systems.  The  technology  has  been   adopted  by  major  mobile  games  publishers  including:  Electronic  Arts,  Konami,  Square  Enix,  Activision,  PopCap  and   Natural  Motion,  as  well  as  Operators  such  as  Korea  Telecom  and  OEMs  such  as  Samsung,  RIM  and  LG.  The  product   and  services  are  provided  as  a  subscription  services  on  a  seat-­‐  license  basis.     With  strong  and  experienced  management  our  Client  is  building  a  world-­‐leading  team  to  build  the  product  franchise.     Responsibilities:   • Identification  and  qualification  of  target  accounts  for  direct  engagement  and  collaboration  with  agents   • Direct  engagement,  negotiation  and  conclusion  of  product  and  service  sales  to  achieve  monthly  and  quarterly   sales  revenue  targets   • Account  Management  for  existing  strategic  customers     • Input  to  product  marketing  and  product  management  planning  activities     Skills  &  Experience  Required:   • 7+  years  of  technical  product  &  service  sales  experience     • American  market  engagement  with  Developers,  Publishers,  OEMS  and  Operators     • Significant  mobile/smart-­‐phone  Applications  market  experience     • Personal,  telephone  and  email-­‐based  customer  relationship  building  skills     • Strong  communication  skills,  presentation  skills  and  pitch  /  proposal  generation  skills     • Use  of  CRM  and  sales  management  and  reporting  tools     Reporting  Structure:   The  role  will  report  to  the  VP  of  Business  Development.     To  Apply   Start  a  conversation  with  us  by  emailing  Anney  Wyner  anney@searchtribes.com  with  a  CV  or  call  her  on     +44  (0)7816  762  211.
