A multinational company Xact Marketing Consulting and Management working in Pakistan (which gives Resources, Training and Consulting Services) offers its services all over the Middle East and Gulf Countries in areas of Resources (including articles, important links, client login and newsletters), Training (including marketing strategy, internet technologies and sales), and Consulting Services (including marketing strategy, internet and communication). Being a HR manager of that company I have been asked to send a Consultant to UAE, who will provide consulting services in Communication which covers two most important aspects that are product marketing and public relations to STE (Specialized Technical Equipment) Company. For this purpose I have to analyze what personality traits he must have.
Personality traits of Consultant
The Consultant, who has to go to UAE for providing consultation services with respect to product marketing and public relations, must have following personality traits;
