SCHOOLS CCTV surveillance cameras could be found anywhere inside the schools. Students parents are not around when they are in school, which gives them more freedom in doing things they cannot do at home. One crime that s always been an issue is cheating. Teacher s wouldn t be able to see everyone in the class and some students take the chance to cheat. Thus, CCTV cameras are a great help in order to monitor the behavior of the students inside the classroom and during tests. However, cheating isn t the only bad thing students could do. Being adolescents and young adults, students tend to be attracted to the opposite sex, which may lead them to making out in the wrong place at the wrong time. Some gangs are also formed and they bully a person in a secret place. So it is very important for the (anotawag dun, samga counselors, blablabla, tchers, principals. Ugh) to be aware of what s happening around the campus, especially those dark places which are hidden. Since there are a lot of reported cases of sexual activity and harassments that have been reported, it s better to fix CCTV surveillance cameras anywhere in the campus, so that (un nga, teachers principals or mgataong school) could observe the different parts of the school easily. And when parents know that CCTV cameras are all over the place, they would be less worried about their children s behavior in school.
