Dear Parents,

Summer is just around the corner and we need to be prepared. At this time we have already planned that we
will be going to see a movie at the Syracuse 6 theater every Tuesday for ten weeks. The pass is offered
through the school and will cost $15 per child. Any children over two will also participate in daily activities
including learning, reading time, and arts and crafts. Please check fees and make sure that you are current on
everything so that materials can be purchased.
We will be going on a field trip every Thursday. There are eleven days which we will need to plan an activity
for. Please go through this list with your children and discuss your personal preferences. On the final list
please mark your top eleven choices with a “1”, mark any acceptable secondary choices with a “2”, and please
mark any options that you do not want to have your child participate in or which you are not willing to pay extra
for with an “X”. Thank you for helping us prepare for a great summer of fun with your little ones.
