1. The electron and proton of a hydrogen atom are separated by a distance of approximately 5.3 X 10-11m. Find the magnitude of the electric force and the gravitational force between two particles. Calculate the ratio of electric force to the gravitational force. Given ke = 8.99 x 109 Nm2/C2, G = 6.67 x 10-11 Nm2/kg2, electron mass me = 9.11 x 10-31kg and proton mass mp = 1.67 x 10-27kg. Remember Fe = ke
