RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, Barack Obama, President of the United States, paired up with
the Speaker of the House to win the 2011 National Golf Summit, emerging victorious with $2 on the 18th and final hole; and

WHEREAS, Barack Obama, President of the United States, displayed the
sportsmanship, camaraderie, collaboration, and short game essential to victory before the entire country, affirming that these admirable traits are more crucial than bullying and partisan politics; and

WHEREAS, Barack Obama, President of the United States, opted to partner
with Speaker of the House, John Boehner, avoiding the Governor of Ohio and his erratic, long-winded rants filled with random, tangential thoughts, and his political liabilities both on and off the course; and

WHEREAS, Barack Obama, President of the United States, elected to wear
appropriate and professional golf attire, long pants, in contrast to the foolish decisions of others to dress in shorts; and

WHEREAS, the proud cities of Akron, Canton, Cincinnati, Cleveland,
Columbus, Dayton, Toledo, and Youngstown helped to elect Barack Obama by five percentage points in the 2008 elections and share in the excitement of Barack Obama supporters everywhere.

NOW, THEREFORE, Plunderbund does hereby name the President
of the United States

Barack H. Obama
along with his friends, family and fans as honorary Ohioans, with all privileges and honors therein, for the day of June 20, 2011.
