    Lee Ann JOHNSTON, Education Advisor, Academic Services, Heritage College Undertaking a comprehensive program evaluation that addresses all six required evaluation criteria within an academic year is a huge undertaking for a small cegep like Heritage College. In the past, it has drained both faculty and professionals. After extensive analysis, we agreed that the most manageable approach for us was to conduct program evaluation on an ongoing basis. This session will outline the policy changes we have implemented and the program evaluation tools we have developed and are presently implementing.
