GIMENEZ FALLS SHORT AGAIN

Robaina issued detailed economic plan on earlier this week.

Miami-Dade, Florida - On Monday, June 20th, Julio Robaina, candidate for Miami- Dade County Mayor, unveiled his detailed six-page plan regarding the economic future of Miami-Dade County based on four pillars for the countys economic growth: Reforming County Hall, Economic Development Initiatives, Strengthening Trade and Improving Infrastructure. Gimenez today hastily rushed to try and imitate Robaina with a proposal but his record and ideas fall short. Gimenez as City of Miami Administrator left the city with a 15 million dollar fire fee bill and an exorbitant fire labor contract which placed a heavy and unnecessary financial burden on the taxpayers of the City of Miami. If his oversight on transit issues in the county is any indication of his skills and ability to lead on financial matters, the County residents should be very concerned.
